BrightChamps, the leading provider of online programming and AI courses for children, has acquired Edjust, a prominent Indian education marketplace. This cash and stock deal marks BrightChamps’ fourth acquisition since its inception in 2020, following the successful integration of Education10x (2021), Schola (2022), and Metamorphosis Edu (2023).
Edjust, founded in 2022 by Dushyant Panchal, Anmol Mittal, and Sanjay Panikar, leverages a unique blend of AI, human EQ, and sophisticated data analytics to identify and engage parents most receptive to edtech solutions. By focusing on high-inclination parents, Edjust has built strong networks in the US and UK, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
This acquisition will see Edjust’s founders spearhead the launch of a new vertical within BrightChamps. This exciting venture will focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences in core academic subjects like Maths, Science, and English, aiming to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for all-round success and future readiness.
Post-acquisition, Edjust will refine its sales model while leveraging BrightChamps’ expansive global reach. With a presence in over 30 countries, including the US, Canada, Nigeria, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, BrightChamps will provide Edjust with the platform to introduce its innovative approach to a wider audience. Parents across these geographies can expect to encounter immersive digital experiences designed to seamlessly integrate into their children’s learning journeys.
