Eggoz Raises ₹125 Cr in Series C round led by gaja capital,ivycap and redbright

Eggoz Nutrition, India’s farm-fresh egg brand, has raised ₹125 crore (~$14.7 million) in a Series C funding round led by Gaja Capital, with participation from existing backers IvyCap Ventures and Redbright Partners. This latest capital infusion is set to accelerate Eggoz’s footprint in both fresh egg delivery and ready-to-cook segments across Indian markets.

According to filings reviewed via the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Eggoz issued 15,334 Series C preference shares at ₹81,511 per share, along with one equity share, to raise the current round.

Eggoz has raised over $27 million in total funding:

  • 💸 Series B: $8.8 million led by IvyCap Ventures

  • 🥚 Series A: $3.5 million

  • 🌱 Seed Round: ₹3.7 crore

This Series C round marks a 60% jump in valuation compared to its previous raise — signaling strong investor confidence in the brand’s scalability and unit economics.

Financial Performance

Eggoz saw healthy top-line growth in FY24:

  • 📊 Revenue: ₹73.1 crore (up 33.6% YoY)

  • 🔻 Losses: ₹25 crore (reduced by 24% YoY)

The FY25 numbers are yet to be filed, but early signals suggest improved efficiency and strategic expansion.
