MetaShot Bengaluru-based console gaming startup Gillidanda Tech Pvt. Ltd., widely recognized for its flagship brand, has secured Rs 2 crore in convertible debt funding from the KITVEN Fund—the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) backed by the Government of Karnataka. This funding marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward scaling operations and enhancing market penetration.
Earlier in January 2025, the startup raised Rs 11 crore in a combination of equity and debt funding led by Sauce.VC, along with Sharrp Ventures and Panthera Peak Capital. Before that round, it raised $400,000 in a pre-Seed funding round in 2023 led by Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from an early-stage gaming focussed fund and prominent angel investors
