Nikhil Kamath backed GreenLine’s Existing Market Presence and Unique Model
Founded with a clear mission to establish sustainable alternatives in long-haul logistics, GreenLine already operates a fleet of over 650 LNG-powered trucks. These vehicles serve a diverse range of clients across key sectors, including FMCG, e-commerce, cement, oil & gas, and chemicals. To date, GreenLine’s operational trucks have collectively travelled over 38 million kilometers, resulting in a reduction of more than 10,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.
A key differentiator of GreenLine’s model is its achievement of cost parity with traditional diesel trucks. This ensures that businesses can embrace sustainable logistics without incurring additional operational costs, making the transition to cleaner transportation economically viable. The company claims its LNG-powered fleet emits up to 30% less CO₂ compared to diesel counterparts, presenting a compelling proposition for corporations with decarbonization mandates.
